CARING NUTRITIONAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
Teaching and caring is about helping people to reach their full potential. The most important aspect is to ensure that learning is taking place. Human beings are under enormous adaptive stress as we enter the 21st century. As the pace of life accelerates can we cope? Fatigue, anxiety, sleep problems, mood swings, memory problems are the hallmark of our age. The people less able to adapt become mentally and physically ill.
ADHD, schizophrenia, autism, and suicide are on the increase. The solutions are developing rapidly, from nutritional psychotherapy, which has developed from ministering Vitamin B3 for schizophrenia, to understanding how modern malnutrition leads to mental and physical disease. We must inform the public and healing professions about the importance of optimum nutrition. Educating the population, making doctors aware of the link between learning, behaviour and nutrition and the growing evidence of nutritional power to heal, is of the utmost importance.
There are many teaching and learning approaches available. Interactive workshops are designed to offer new ideas to teach in an exciting, creative, professional, and inclusive way. The key purpose of the workshops is to create effective and stimulating opportunities for learning through high quality teaching that helps the development and progression of all human beings.
The Company have been working with children/adults and special needs learners for the past twenty five years. The performances and fun interactive workshops are action-orientated. Pragmatic in our approach the performance workshops are concerned with working towards bringing about change that would affect quality of life and solve problems.
Psychodrama therapy removes individuals from a one to one situation and gives the students the opportunity to 'act out' and thus experience various aspects of problems in a larger than life dimension. The students have the opportunity to interact with other "actors" these "actors" play the roles of the important "others". Drama is the perfect vehicle to make learning fun and to develop students understanding of the world around them. The key concepts of the training workshops are based on (1) spontaneity and creativity (2) situation (3) insight. All are interrelated in such a manner that when properly focused in a group or individual, a change invariably takes place through expressions of supressed or repressed material, through further understanding past problems and re-education for improved future behaviour, relationships and greater communication skills.

DANCE FITNESS FOR BODY AND MIND BRAIN BOOSTERS HEALTH
FOR PHYSICAL & MENTAL WELLBEING
From hip-hop to dance fitness, dance fitness is sweeping the nation, fuelled by popular TV shows such as Strictly Come Dancing and Britain's Got Talent.
Whether you like to, tap or tango, salsa or shine, Feel fab dancing funk,. There is no doubt dancing is one of the most enjoyable fun ways to stay fit and healthy, for both body and brain power.
WEIGHT LOSS MEMORY CO-ORDINATION
Regular dancing is great for losing weight, maintaining strong bones, improving posture and muscle strength, increasing balance and co-ordination, and beating stress.
One of the best things about dancing is that while you're having fun moving to music and meeting new people, you're getting all the health benefits of a good workout.
Dance, in fact, has such beneficial effects on the brain that it is now being used to treat people with Parkinson’s disease, a progressive neurological movement disorder, depression and other mental illnesses.
Scientists gave little thought to the neurological effects of dance until relatively recently, when researchers began to investigate the complex mental coordination that dance requires. Synchronizing music and movement—dance, essentially—constitutes a “pleasure double play.” Music stimulates the brain’s reward centres, while dance activates its sensory and motor circuits.
PET IMAGING STUDIES
Studies using PET imaging have identified regions of the brain that contribute to dance learning. These regions include the motor cortex, somatosensory cortex, basal ganglia, and cerebellum.
